Nobody deceived you but YOU!

A message for those who are thinking of “rejecting Jesus” because they felt they were “lied to and deceived” in church:

I hate to tell you this, but NOBODY lied to you or deceived you!

You have nobody else to blame but yourself because you personally never bothered to actually read or STUDY Scripture from Genesis to Revelation! If you had, you would have known who God is and what He expects of HIS people.

You would have KNOWN that ADONAI expects ALL who believe in Him to be Torah observant – keeping His COMMANDED Seventh Day Sabbath and His Mo’edim/Feasts, and to refrain from eating “unclean” meats… (See Exodus 12:49, Numbers 15:13-16, Isaiah 56:6, and Romans 10:12-13.)

But, you didn’t know that. Instead, you blindly clung to that last THIRD of the Bible and the misunderstood writings of Paul (who seems to negate Torah, which in fact, he NEVER did – but, hey, you never really bothered to investigate how a mere MAN would or could possibly have dared to speak against what YHWH commanded and what His Divine Messiah taught)….

And then one day you happened upon some “enlightened” folks on Facebook who brought all this to your attention – and suddenly – BAM! – your eyes were opened to THEIR “truth” – and, of course, you began to view yourself as an instant “expert” on Torah!

And now you’re sitting there on your high horse, joining the Jewish “counter-missionaries” in their aggressive quest to deceive others into “leaving Jesus” – that is, those like yourself who have done nothing but warm the church pews on Sundays propping their Bibles on their laps (if they even bothered to carry one) opening them to the chapter and verse their New Testament-only, grace-only pastors told them to turn to, while presenting their fluffy “God loves you and nothing is required of you but to believe in Jesus” sermons….

And now since you’ve swung from one end of the pendulum straight to the other, you’re going to tell others how they’ve “been deceived and lied to” by their pastors. YOU HYPOCRITES!

Matthew 23: 13. Woe to you scribes and Pharisees! Hypocrites! For you shut up the Kingdom of Heaven before the sons of men. For you are not entering yourselves, and those who would enter you do not allow to enter.

14. Woe to you scribes and Pharisees! Hypocrites! For you consume the houses of widows, and that for a pretense you lengthen your prayers. Because this you will receive a greater judgment.

15. Woe to you scribes and Pharisees. Hypocrites! For you traverse sea and land that you might make one proselyte, and when he has become one, you make him double the son of Gehenna that you are yourselves. (AENT)
