Please read this if you don’t believe Torah observance is necessary…

IF YOU OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW DOESN’T BELIEVE THAT TORAH OBSERVANCE IS NECESSARY, here are just a few passages showing why that is a dangerously “lukewarm” attitude. We’ll start with what YHWH Himself said:

Exodus 20:6 …but displaying grace to the thousandth generation of those who love me and obey my mitzvot. (CJB)

Deuteronomy 11:1 Therefore, you are to love Adonai your God and always obey his commission, regulations, rulings and mitzvot. (CJB)

Proverbs 4:2 "I give you good instruction: Do not forsake my Torah."

We see YHWH commanding His people to OBEY throughout the entire Torah (first five Books of the Bible) … and this was reiterated in the “rest of the story” called the “New Testament” (which wasn’t “new” at all; rather, it’s YHWH’s Word reiterated by Messiah Yeshua and his followers!).

(By the way, if you "believe in Jesus" aren't YOU also "His people?" Do you honestly believe that Messiah Yeshua came to bring a new religion, or to abolish His Father's Divine Instructions that show humanity how to be HOLY?)

1 John 5: 1. Whoever believes that Y’shua is the Mashiyach, is born of Elohim. And whoever loves the begetter, loves him also that is begotten of him. 2. And by this we know that we love the children of Elohim, when we love Elohim and follow his Commandments. 3. For this is the love of Elohim, that we keep his Commandments: and his Commandments are not burdensome. (AENT)

1 John 2: 5 But whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in him. 6 He who says he abides in him ought himself also to walk just as he walked.*

*SO, HOW DID YESHUA WALK? In Torah! (The first 5 Books of the Bible that contain all of YAHWEH's original, Divine Instructions in Righteousness.) Yeshua didn't make up "new" rules. He kept preached the "old ones" - immutable and straight out of the Torah; and he expected ALL his followers to do the same.

You can only know both the YAHWEH (the "Father") and Yeshua through the "law" (Torah) and the testimony! Take a look at what the Book of Revelation says about this issue:

Revelation 12: 17 "The dragon was infuriated over the woman and went off to fight the rest of her children, those who obey God's commands AND bear witness to Yeshua." (CJB) (Note: I capitalized the word “AND”.)

Revelation 14: 12 "This is when perseverance is needed on the part of God's people, those who observe his commands AND exercise Yeshua's faithfulness."  (CJB)

Please note, the above scriptures don't refer only to the "Ten Commandments." They refer to the Commands outlined throughout the Torah, the ones ELOHIM presented to Moshe "face-to-face" (Exodus 33:11), meaning Moshe had a very CLOSE relationship with YAHWEH.

It is imperative to recognize that the "commands" are YAHWEH's commands (perfectly "walked out" by Yeshua, who was the Word Made Flesh, John 1:1 and 14); NOT made-up church rules or man-made holidays. HE gave us everything we needed to know about how to be holy/set apart - and His Rules don't leave room for any "religion" or "religiosity" or man-made customs...

John 15:10. If you keep my Commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept the Commandments of my Father,* and I abide in His love. (AENT)

*The “Commandments of my Father” always refers to Torah; see also John 15:5. Y’shua and his Talmidim (disciples) keep his Father’s Commandments, but mainstream Christianity is not only anti-Torah; they turned rebellion against Torah into a “fashionable” form of lawlessness. See Daniel 7:24; 2 Thessalonians 2:7; 2 Timothy 2:19; Titus 2:14; 2 Peter 2:21; 1 John 3:4; Hebrews 2:2-4; Romans 4:15; Matthew 7:23; 13:41

Paul wrote:

Romans 3:31 Do we then nullify Torah by faith? May it never be! On the contrary, we establish Torah. (AENT)

Scripture is clear that YHWH commands us to be holy and set apart. How are we "set apart" if we refuse to OBEY His Divine Instructions? How likely is it that people who consider Torah a CURSE and REFUSE to obey God’s Divine Instructions, will end up in heaven?

Yeshua said:

Revelation 3: 15. I know your works, that you are neither hot, nor cold; I would desire that you would be either cold or hot. 16. So, because you are lukewarm, neither hot nor cold, I am about to vomit you from my mouth. (AENT)

(And by the way, judging by everything that is happening today, Yeshua’s “second coming” is not that far off. Are YOU TRULY READY for his return?)
