A word about those annoying, off-the-mark memes being passed around on the Internet

I keep seeing memes on the walls of supposed Believers, with comments such as, "My God is greater than any virus, and so I don't have to worry about social distancing or wearing masks!"

MY QUESTION IS: When is it ever okay to "test" God" - the One who CREATED viruses and sends them for a reason?

Not even the Divine Messiah, Yeshua, dared to "test" ADONAI during his time on earth as a human being, so what gives any of us the right to even presume we should dare test Him?

Please read at Matthew 4:1 - 11 where you will see Yeshua didn't do ANYTHING the Adversary commanded or enticed to do - BECAUSE he knew it was WRITTEN in the Torah that one should NEVER "test" ELOHIM!

EXAMPLE:

Matthew 4:5. Then the accuser took him to the Set Apart city and raised him upon the edge of the temple, 6. and said to him, “If you are the son of Elohim, cast yourself down for it is written that his Messengers he commands concerning you, and upon their hands they will bear you up that your foot should not strike upon a rock. (AENT)

What did Yeshua do? Did he brag about who he was, or argue and scream and holler about his "rights"?

NO! He calmly replied: "Again it is written that you will not test Master YHWH your Elohim."

What was he referring to? The Torah - those first five Books of the Bible that contain ALL of ADONAI's original, divine Instructions to His people (which included anyone who accepted Him as their God). In this instance, Yeshua was quoting from Deuteronomy 6, (which was referring back to Exodus 17:1-7).

Deuteronomy 6: 16 Do not put Adonai your God to the test, as you tested him at Massah [testing]. 17 Observe diligently the mitzvot (words, instructions) of Adonai your God, and his instructions and laws which he has given you. 18 You are to do what is right and good in the sight of Adonai, so that things will go well with you.... (CJB)

So, again, my question is:

Where do we mere humans come off pretending WE have the right to "test God" by our refusal to take proper precautions during a pandemic, and propagating memes designed to take others away from biblical TRUTH?
