If you're
new to Torah, or wondering whether to bother starting to learn anything about
this thing called "Torah" then you have surely already encountered
some opposition from family and friends who erroneously believe "being
Torah observant" means you are "putting yourself back under the
law." But nothing could be further from the Truth!
Torah (the
first five Books of the Bible that contain all of God's "do's" and
"don'ts"/divine instructions in righteousness) explains who our ELOHIM is, what He expects of HIS people (which
includes YOU!), and foreshadows/gives us a glimpse of His divine Son, Yeshua!
So, if
you've been struggling with, or apprehensive about leaving the status quo
behind and allowing GOD Himself to open up a whole new world for you, then you
need to know you won't be alone in your walk. Myriads who have gone before you,
have experienced the same apprehension and rejection, and even lost family and
friends because of their desire to start truly obeying God.
Among them
is a friend our mine
who recently finished writing an absolute "must read" about her Torah
journey, which she calls: "From There to Here."
Please take some time to read about her struggles, with which you can
surely empathize. In the meantime, may YHWH richly bless you for your
willingness to contemplate taking this amazing journey!

People get perplexed when I tell them that I use YHWH and Yeshua but they'll ask me if I believe in "Jesus." It's like they revere the meaningless name but don't want to hear His True Name.
