Do all paths REALLY lead to God?

QUESTION:  How should believers in YHWH counter the belief that all religions lead to the same God or that our Creator answers to any name?

ANSWER:  GREAT question!  The first thing we must tell someone who makes the comment that “all paths lead to God” is to ask them to get out their atlas to see whether all paths on that atlas really lead to the same destination.  Then ask them whether or not they’ve ever read the Bible from cover to cover.  If they haven’t, then nothing we could say will make any sense to them and the conversation could be over before it gets started.

If they wish to continue, ask them WHO God is, and then challenge them to share some of the supposed “paths” they believe “lead to God” and what makes them think that God can be reached on those paths.  Again, if they can’t supply a proper answer to those questions, strongly suggest that any further conversation is futile – UNLESS they wish to discuss the Bible where we discover that THE Creator of the Universe has a Name – YHWH – which people KNEW from the very beginning.

YHWH spoke the universe and everything in it into being (Genesis 1), and He walked in, and communicated with, man in the Garden of Eden where man was to live forever in peace and harmony with all created creatures (Genesis 2) … and where man disappointed God so badly that he was thrown out of that Garden (Genesis 3) to live in a world where he constantly had to make a choice between following “good” or “evil” … as outlined in divine rules called Torah (embodied in the first 5 Books of the Bible).

Since the Garden of Eden, YHWH has constantly reached out to His Creation to guide and teach people rules to live by.  What other “holy book” can say the same?  What other “holy book” contains the secrets to holy living according to a Creator who provides the definition of sin (as seen throughout the Torah and 1 John 3:4).  What other “holy book” reveals that a Creator who, in order to make it easy on mankind to come into His Presence, sent a Messiah in human form to reveal God and His Torah in person (Genesis 49:18; Exodus 14:13, Luke 1:26-38) – a Messiah who was willing to live and die to proclaim the Good News of the Kingdom and do everything His Father commanded?

Luke 4: 43 "But he (Yeshua/Jesus) said, "I must preach the good news of the Kingdom of God to the other towns also, because that is why I was sent."

Luke 8: 1. And it happened after these things that Y'shua was going around in the cities and in the villages and was preaching and declaring the Kingdom of Elohim.

Acts 28: 23 "From morning till evening the Apostle Paul explained and declared the Kingdom of God and tried to convince people about Yeshua from the Law of Moses and from the Prophets."

Acts 24: 14. But this indeed I (Paul) acknowledge, that in that same doctrine of which they speak, I do serve the Elohim of my fathers, believing all the things written in Torah and in the prophets.

The Bible is the ONLY "religious" text that contains generations of prophecy (the Books of Daniel and Revelation are unfolding right NOW!); and, by the way, more than 300 prophecies have so far come true! (The odds of that happening are VERY small.) There are just a few more to go, and those - like all other prophecies - center around the Biblical Feasts. (Yeshua has fulfilled four of the seven Feasts. Just three more to go....)  What other “holy book” can compare to what is contained in the Holy Bible?

And yes, every "religion" has its "Bible." But only ONE leads to eternal life; only ONE is actually from YHWH (God) Himself and that is THE Bible. Everything else is merely copy-cat or completely man-made, including Islam whose “god” is a human-hating warmonger who expects YOU to die for him while arousing demonic behavior in the rejects of the world, inciting them to kill and maim just for the fun of it!  Christianity, too, is a copy-cat religion, having "borrowed" the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and decided His "Son" came to create a new religion that teaches against Torah (Galatians 3:10; see also a discussion about Galatians) and has based most of its belief on what they THINK Paul wrote, over and above what YHWH commanded and what Yeshua actually taught,  where nothing else matters but "grace and mercy" and “do your own thing because God forgives ALL”….   

It’s a complete fabrication to suggest that “all paths lead to God!”  It’s a vicious LIE!  There is only ONE way to the Father, and that's through Yeshua who died as His Final SIN Sacrifice …  Belief in YHWH is essential because HE is ELOHIM.  However, Scripture tells us that the only road to God is through belief in, and acceptance of, Yeshua whose shed blood cleanses away our past sins and allows us the chance to gain eternal life (John 14:6, Acts 2:38). We CANNOT come to YHWH unless our souls and spirits have become cleansed….

Romans 15: 4. For everything written of old was written for our instruction; that we, by patience and by the consolation of the Scriptures, might possess hope. (AENT)

Note: Here is one of the clearest pro-Torah statements in all of Romans. Rav Shaul believes that "everything written of old" is for the instruction of the Gentiles, this clearly indicates Paul's intent. Compare this statement to Romans 3:31 and 7:12.

Romans 15: 9. And that the Gentiles might glorify Elohim for his mercies upon them, as it is written: I will confess to you among the Gentiles, and to your name will I sing psalms. 10. And again he said: Rejoice, you Gentiles, with His people. 11. And again he said: Praise Master YHWH, all you Gentiles; (and) laud him, all you nations. (AENT)

Note: "His People" = YHWH's people, Israel. The Gentiles are fully invited and expected to join in together with Netzari (Nazarene) synagogue practice, as one people, into one Kingdom according to One Torah.

We need to stop the arrogance and the tolerance and the infighting and the creation of "religions" and “denominations” -  and especially the idea that "all paths lead to God" because they DO NOT! Whether one "believes" in God or not, we will ALL find ourselves as victims of the end times events that keep unfolding before our very eyes. And the best thing we could possibly do is to stop the endless bickering and start concentrating on getting ourselves "RIGHT" with God.  THE ONLY way to do that is to READ AND STUDY the Bible because ONLY the BIBLE contains YHWH's Truth!  Amein.
